BYU-Hawaii men rout Holy Names, 94-68
Junior DeAndre Medlock hit all 10 of his shots from the field and scored a game-high 22 points Wednesday to lead the Brigham Young-Hawaii men’s basketball team to a 94-68 victory over Holy Names in a Pacific West Conference game in Oakland, Calif.
The Seasiders improved to 8-6 overall and 5-1 in the PacWest. The Hawks are 3-11 and 0-6.
Holy Names women hold off BYU-Hawaii
Brigham Young-Hawaii’s women’s basketball team cut a 30-point second-half deficit to four points before running out of steam Wednesday, losing to Holy Names, 100-90, in a Pacific West Conference game in Oakland, Calif.
The Seasiders fell to 3-9 overall and 2-4 in the PacWest.
