Police conduct aerial, ground search for suspect in Manoa
Honolulu police were searching for a burglar who fled into the forest preserve at Waahila Ridge in Manoa on Monday night.
Officials at the University of Hawaii warned people including students to stay out of the area and follow the instructions of police.
Police used a search helicopter along with ground patrols to try to locate the suspect.
Police said detectives were examining the scene of the burglary.
