Vulcans tumble to 13th, Warriors to 16th
Hawaii Hilo slipped to 13th and Hawaii to 16th in the 20-team field after the second round of the Ameri Ari Invitational collegiate golf tournament Friday at the Waikoloa Kings’ Course.
Oklahoma State held the team lead, two shots over Oregon. Cameron Wilson of Stanford fired a second-round 65 to lead individual scoring with a 132.
The tournament concludes today.
Chaminade women rout Hawaii Hilo
Glacen Florita had 25 points to lead Chaminade (3-16 overall, 3-10) to a 74-57 victory Friday over host Hawaii Hilo (6-11, 5-8) in Pacific West Conference women’s basketball.
