Naan bread from the north and popadums flatbread and pilaf from the south, top right and center, will accompany a melange of dishes featuring raita (seasoned yogurt), bottom right; daal (lentils), bottom left; paneer (cheese) and other vegetarian specialties at the Cuisines of India dinner by chef Vikram Garg.
