Man arrested after allegedly interfering with city bus driver
A 33-year-old Waimanalo man was arrested for allegedly interfering with operation of a city bus Tuesday moning in Windward Oahu.
Police said the man allegedly threatened the 48-year-old female city bus driver 11:35 a.m. Tuesdayand allegedly damaged the bus.
Police arrested Richard Rigaud at noon at his Waimanalo home.
Police charged Rigaud with fourth-degree criminal property damage, a petty misdemeanor, but did not charge him with interfering with the operation of a city bus. His bail was set at $100.
