Police are asking the public for help in finding a missing 60-year-old man who is described as emotionally distraught.

Police said Robert Clapper was last seen 11 a.m. Dec. 10 in the Pacific Heights area.

He may be driving a silver 2011 Ford F-150 pickup truck, license plate 080 TPV.

Clapper is of Japanese-German ancestry, is 5 feet 8 and 210 pounds, with graying black hair and brown eyes.
