Rise of real estate sales and prices continues
Sales of single-family homes and condominiums in November were up 15.5 percent and 9 percent over November of last year, according to figures released this morning by the Honolulu Board of Realtors.
Median prices also rose in both categories.
The median price for a single-family home was $640,000, up 10.3 percent from last November, while the median condo price of $325,000 was 10.2 percent more than the year-ago period.
