Chow: "He’s almost 6-3. He’s highly thought of (by scouting services), and deservedly so. We’ll make a decision whether to bring him in (for training camp) or not. He has a shoulder that needs to be fixed. He’s a good student. We’re really pleased getting Manly Williams."
