The federal court arraignment for a North Carolina man charged with defrauding the University of Hawaii of $200,000 in the botched Stevie Wonder concert has been postponed a week, to Nov. 30.

Marc Hubbard, 44, had been scheduled to be arraigned Friday.

Hubbard was one of two men indicted by a federal grand jury this month in connection with the apparent concert scam.

The other man, Sean Barriero, 44, of Miami, who has been cooperating with authorities, pleaded guilty to a charge related to the UH wiring $200,000 to an account of Barriero’s Epic Talent.

Hubbard is scheduled to appear for his first federal court appearance in Honolulu at a hearing before U.S. Magistrate Judge Kevin Chang.
