Kapalama man charged in Pearl City assault
Prosecutors on Wednesday charged a 50-year-old Kapalama man who allegedly assaulted a 24-year-old man.
Police said Patrick Sua allegedly threatened the younger man with a dangerous instrument in Pearl City on Dec. 4.
He then assaulted the victim.
Police identified Sua and arrested him Tuesday on terroristic threatening and abuse.
He was charged with second degree assault.
His bail was set at $50,000.
