Gunman hits Wahiawa bank
An armed man wearing a ski mask robbed a Wahiawa bank Thursday morning, police said.
The bandit was wielding a handgun at 10:05 a.m. Thursday when he entered the Central Pacific Bank branch at 925 California Ave.
He demanded money, then ran away in an unknown direction, police said.
The suspect is described as in his 20s, standing 5 feet 10 inches to 6 feet tall, weighing 180 to 200 pounds, with brown eyes.
He was wearing a brown jacket with a gray hood, brown long pants, a black backpack and a black ski mask.

Mom and son safe, police say
CrimeStoppers has canceled a missing-persons report after both Pavla Stuchlikova and her 3-year-old son, Benjamin Stuchlik, were found safe at 10 p.m. Wednesday.
Sgt. Kim Buffett said the mother called police, saying she was fine. Stuchlikova requested that the matter be kept private, police said.
Mother and son were last seen at about 4 a.m. Tuesday.
The two were spending the night at a friend’s home in Hawaii Kai, along with Stuchlikova’s 16-year-old son, Kamil Stuchlik.
