A 21-year-old man linked to three reported incidents of indecent exposure on the University of Hawaii campus has been charged with three counts of misdemeanor sexual assault.

The first incident was reported Nov. 3 after a student saw a man fondling himself near the physical education and athletics complex on the lower campus at about 8:40 a.m. Another indecent-exposure incident was reported at 4:10 p.m. Nov. 19 near the Clarence T.C. Ching Field on the lower campus, and a third took place Saturday on the lower campus.
A photo taken Saturday, and released by UH-Manoa campus security, shows a man with a beard and wearing sunglasses.
