Sutton wins Division III discus title
Carleton (Minn.) senior Kao Sutton, a Kamehameha-Hawaii graduate, won the women’s discus title at Saturday’s NCAA Division III track and field championships in Delaware, Ohio. Sutton’s winning throw was 155 feet, 2 inches.
Occidental (Calif.) senior Jonathan Padron, a Damien alum, finished fifth in the men’s 100-meter dash with a time of 10.71. Padron also helped the 4×100 relay team finish seventh in 41.55.
