Police investigate report of child-kidnapping attempt in Waialua
Honolulu police are looking for a man who allegedly tried to kidnap a 12-year-old girl at a Waialua bus stop Monday afternoon.
The victim told police that the suspect was driving a red car and tried to grab her as she waited for a bus.
The incident occurred just after 1:30 p.m.
