Woman arrested in Blaisdell Park stabbing released without charges
Police released a 38-year-old homeless woman who was arrested following a stabbing incident early Monday morning in the Neal Blaisdell Park in Aiea.
The case is still under investigation, but officials did not charge her with the stabbing.
Officers arrested the woman on suspicion of second-degree assault Monday and a bench warrant for failing to appear in court in March after she was arrested in February for being in a public park after it closed.
Paramedics treated and took a 43-year-old homeless man, in serious condition with multiple stab wounds, to the hospital from the park at 3 a.m. Monday.
