Case involving alleged sex assault of 12-year-old goes to Family Court
A 14-year-old boy has been charged with the alleged sex assault and kidnapping of a 12-year-old girl, police said.
The incident happened May 13 at 3 a.m. in Waialua, police said.
Police arrested the boy Thursday and a petition was filed in Family Court Friday.
No other details were available.
