Rescue crews resume search for missing Hawaii island fisherman
Hawaii County rescue crews and firefighters resumed the search this morning for a fisherman reported missing in the Wailuku River behind the Hilo Army National Guard armory.
The fisherman was last seen at 5:30 p.m. Saturday.
The fire department’s helicopter conducted a search Sunday of the river into Hilo Bay.
