Police look for suspect in Waipahu service station robbery
Police are looking for a man who robbed a Tesoro service station early Wednesday in Waipahu.
Police said the man entered the gas station at 94-120 Farrington Highway about 1:10 a.m., passed a note saying he had a gun, and demanded money. The man fled after receiving cash. He never showed a weapon, police said.
The man was in his 30s to 40s, about 5 feet 10 inches tall, with a medium build.
A second-degree robbery case has been opened.
