Correction
>> Hurricane Flossie threatened Hawaii in July 2013, then moved past the islands as a tropical storm and depression. A Page A1 story Thursday gave the date as July 2007. An earlier Hurricane Flossie threatened the islands in August 2007, but the story was referring to last year’s storm.
Clarification
>> University of Hawaii regents would have their financial disclosure statements made public under Senate Bill 2682, which would expand the public disclosure requirement to several state boards, commissions and agencies. A Page B4 chart on May 4 noted that SB 2682 had passed the Legislature, but did not specifically mention the regents. A separate item in the chart noted that the Legislature failed to pass another bill that would have applied only to the financial disclosures of UH regents.
