Lanes reopened after oil spill closed portion of Dillingham Boulevard
All westbound lanes on Dillingham Boulevard are reopened from Kalihi to Mokauea streets after an oil spill Saturday afternoon.
The roads were closed around noon and reopened about an hour later.
