USS Arizona survivors Donald Stratton, left, Louis Conter, John Anderson and Lauren Bruner made a final toast to their shipmates at the World War II Valor in the Pacific National Monument at Pearl Harbor on Sunday. A bottle of sparkling wine given to President Gerald Ford in 1975 to commemorate his visit to Madrid was uncorked to celebrate the day.
