» Sportswriter Frank DeFord’s daughter, Alex, died from cystic fibrosis. The “Further Review” column on Page C2 Wednesday said Alex was DeFord’s son.
» The recipe for Sour Cream Chocolate Cake includes 1 cup water, which should be added when the eggs, sour cream, canola oil and vanilla are mixed with the dry ingredients. The recipe on Page D5 Wednesday omitted the water.
» In a letter to the editor on Page A11 Wednesday, the author intended to describe the herbicide glyphosate as mostly nonsoluble. Due to an editing error, glyphosate was described as “highly soluble.”
