Man in critical condition after falling 30 feet in Salt Lake
A 27-year-old man was taken by paramedics to the Queen’s Medical Center in critical condition after falling about 30 feet from the balcony of a building in the Aliamanu section of Salt Lake this morning.
The city Department of Emergency Services responded to the call at Wanaka Street about 10:30 a.m.
Initial reports were that the man was reaching over a small wall to grab a ball for some children when he accidentally fell and hit a concrete parking area, EMS said.
