Island Filipino performers with ties to the Philippine region affected by Typhoon Haiyan will participate in the Aloha for Philippines Mahalo Concert, 7 to 9 p.m. Dec. 28 at the Hawaii Theatre.
Participants include Jasmine Trias and her boyfriend Ben Stone, Pauline Wilson (of Seawind), Kristian Lei, Little Albert (Maligmat, formerly of the original Society of Seven) and some members of the Society of Seven LV combo.
