Man, 76, charged with threatening 2 women
A 76-year-old Wahiawa man was charged Monday with threatening two older women, ages 79 and 82.
Salvador P. Baltazar threatened the women with a dangerous instrument at his Rose Street home about 5:30 p.m. Sunday, police said.
Officers arrested him at the scene.
Baltazar was charged with first-degree terroristic threatening and abuse of a family or household member. His bail was set at $40,000.
