BYU holds off Arizona State in NCAA volleyball first round
Alexa Gray put down 27 kills and Tambre Haddock added 18 as Brigham Young rallied past Arizona State in the NCAA Women’s Volleyball Tournament first-round match Friday at the Stan Sheriff Center, 21-25, 25-22, 25-17, 24-26, 15-10.
The Cougars (23-6) will face Hawaii in tonight’s second round. The match is scheduled for 7 p.m.
