Waipahu man suspected in sex assault of Pearl City teen
An 18-year-old woman reported being sexually assaulted Monday evening by a 27-year-old Waipahu man, police said.
The alleged incident occurred between 4:30 p.m. and 5 p.m. in the Pearl City area, police said.
Police arrested the man at his Waipahu home around 8:45 p.m. on suspicion of first-degree sexual assault and kidnapping, according to police records.
