This year’s winner of the 34th Annual Hawaii International Film Festival’s top award, the Halekulani Golden Orchid Award, goes to … "Haemoo," a South Korean film directed by Sung-bo Shim, with the help of director Joon Ho Bong, who produced and co-wrote the film. This marks two years of back-to-back top awards to South Korean films at HIFF. "Haemoo" was sponsored by KBFD TV and Halekulani. Earlier in the festival, fans were thrilled to see actor Dong-won Kang up close at "My Brilliant Life." Sunday, the last day of HIFF, features films that have won awards at the festival, so view them if you can. "Rosy Day"
Episodes 39 and 40
Sunday, 6:30 p.m.: Shin-ae and Min-shik fall apart when they find out about Soon-ok’s condition. Shin-ae can’t stop crying and Min-shik blows off work. The store is a mess without Min-shik, so Da-jung has to scramble to keep things together. Ihn-woo finds out that Shin-ae borrowed money to pay for So-hee’s wedding gifts. He sells his car to help pay off his mother’s debt. Song-jung gets jealous when Manager Ihm shows up for Chuseok dinner.
Sunday, 7:45 p.m.: Da-jung, Jae-woo and his grandparents overhear a heated argument between Young and Song-jung. Now they know for sure that there is something going on between them. Da-jung comes up with a plan to get Soon-ok and Chul-soo to come back home. Ihn-woo’s relationship is on the rocks. Song-jung gets flustered by questions fromreporters about the scam for her first book until Young gallantly appears and rescues her.

Monday, 7:45 p.m.: Crown Prince Yi Sun tests Min Baek-sang and Hong Gye-hee, saying they’d be fired if they don’t bring Min Woo-seop back. Ji-dam, hiding out in Na Cheol-ju’s Dongbang Gang headquarters, overhears a shocking conversation from the room Chun-weol is locked up in.
Tuesday, 7:45 p.m.: Ji-dam tells Crown Prince Yi Sun that Park Moon-su hired swordsmen to get rid of Shadow. Although it’s heartbreaking, he searches Park Moon-su’s office. And there he finds the missing copy of the book "The Murder of Moon Hew-so."

Wednesday, 7:45 p.m.: Hyun-wook avoids Sae-na after their kiss, but Sae-na confesses her feelings to him. Hyun-wook draws a clear line and tells her not to get any closer. Shi-woo injures his leg, and using his injury as an excuse, he makes Sae-na come to his hospital room.
Thursday, 7:45 p.m.: Feeling guilty for Sae-na’s termination from the company, Shi-woo asks Sae-na to work on his new song. The two ask Hyun-wook for permission to let Sae-na come back to work. Upset with Hyun-wook’s cold attitude, Sae-na goes to see Hyun-wook at the house, only to see Hae-yoon there.
"Endless Love"

Friday, 7:45 p.m.: In-ae and Kwang-cheol show General Cheon evidence that Kwang-hoon’s accident was an act of terror. When General Cheon shows a lukewarm response, In-ae and Kwang-cheol accuse him of using Kwang-hoon. Hye-rin is shocked when she sees her husband walking out with In-ae upon his release.
Saturday, 7:45 p.m.: With In-ae’s support, Prime Minister Kim’s popularity soars, but General Cheon’s popularity takes a dip. Kwang-cheol asks In-ae why she decided to support Prime Minister Kim against Kwang-hoon and General Cheon. He asks In-ae what’s going on between the prime minister and her, but she refuses to answer.
