Aston Hotels & Resorts has taken over operations of the newly branded Hotel Renew by Aston.

The property, which is located at 129 Paoakalani Avenue, is being billed as Aston’s first designer boutique hotel. The 72-room property was designed by San Francisco-based Jiun Ho and offers ocean, city, and mountain views.

Guests will  have access to boutique amenities ranging from cold-scented towels at check-in to weekly cocktail mixers and PlayStation 3 Blu-ray consoles. The full-service hotel features two resort pools, a fitness facility and an Hawaiian-influenced spa.

“The addition of Hotel Renew solidifies Aston’s position as a leader in hotel operations in Waikiki, as we always strive to offer the widest range of hotels and condominium resorts,” said Kelvin Bloom, president of Aston Hotels & Resorts, which has eight properties in Waikiki. “Adding a luxury boutique hotel to the Aston collection of hotels and resorts allows us to serve guests looking for an intimate getaway with all of the shopping, dining and activity conveniences of Waikiki at their doorstep. We are excited to enhance this hotel with Aston’s 65 years of hospitality experience.”
