Brush fire closes H-1 lane near Makakilo Offramp
The right lane of westbound traffic on the H-1 freeway near the Makakilo Offramp is closed due to a brush fire, Honolulu police said.
A large number of firefighters are battling a brush fire near the westbound offramp, Honolulu Fire spokesman Capt. David Jenkins.
Jenkins asked people living in the vicinity of the area to stay in touch with the news in the event of evacuation.
