Collision with van sends moped driver to hospital in serious condition
A 18-year-old man was taken to the hospital in serious condition after the moped he was driving collided with a van this morning in Waialae.
Emergency Medical Services said the incident occurred on the Kalanianaole Highway near Kalani High School at 7:50 a.m.
