Man driving stolen car crashes into police car
A man driving a stolen car crashed into a Honolulu police vehicle Friday evening, police said.
The incident happened just before 4:30 p.m. in the Ewa Beach area, according to police records.
Police said patrol officers were attempting to stop a stolen vehicle when the driver of the vehicle collided with a police car while trying to evade the officers.
The man was arrested on suspicion of first-degree criminal property damage, according to police records.
