Maui police are asking the public’s help in identifying the man whose lifeless body was found with apparent injuries Monday on the pavement inside the Marriott Maui Ocean Club in Kaanapali.

Police were called to the resort at 6:40 a.m. Monday.

The victim, 53, possibly is an out-of-state resident, police said.
