Daniel Henney is a guest of the 32nd Annual Hawaii International Film Festival, which starts Thursday.
He is also one of the lead actors in the Korean-Chinese festival entry "Shanghai Calling." Henney is known for his work in previous films, specifically the Korean "My Lovely Sam Soon," "Spring Waltz" and "The Fugitive: Plan B," as well as his role as Agent Zero in the Hollywood movie "X-Men Origins: Wolverine."
Henney will next be seen in "The Last Stand" opposite Arnold Schwarzenegger, scheduled for release early next year.
In other news, the KBS program "Let’s Go Dream Team" will be filming most of this week on Oahu and Hawaii island. The show has a team of celebrities competing in various challenges.

Today, 6:45 p.m.: Shin-yong tricks In-chul by using Sung-joo’s cellphone to send a text to meet her. In-chul wavers but decides to go to the meeting. After an awkward situation, In-chul tells Shin-yong not to test him again and that it’s over between him and Sung-joo, but Shin-yong still doesn’t believe him. Shin-yong’s actions make Sung-joo wonder if she knows about her and In-chul. Jung-hyun and Tae-hyung are now a happy couple.
Today, 7:45 p.m.: Shin-yong causes In-chul to drive their car off the road and crash. In-chul uses his body to shield her and is badly injured in the process, but he survives the accident. Shin-jo goes to try to talk Yong-gi into retracting the legal notice, and finds out that Jung-hyun is dating Yong-gi’s son. Both Yong-gi and Shin-jo are dead set against the two of them being together. Shin-yong tells Sung-joo that she knows about her and In-chul. Sung-joo begs for forgiveness, but Shin-yong tells her that she wants her gone or she’ll tell her parents the truth.

Monday, 7:45 p.m.: Choi Young refuses to go over to Gi Cheol’s side, and now his company is chased by both Gi Cheol’s and government armies. Gi Cheol succeeds in driving a wedge between the king and Choi Young. Prince Gyung-chang’s condition worsens, and Choi Young is no longer able to dodge the chasers.
Tuesday, 7:45 p.m.: Choi Young is arrested and jailed for treason. All of Woodalchi’s men are put under house arrest for conspiring with Choi Young. Eun-soo tries but fails to strike a deal with Gi Cheol to save Choi Young’s life. The king gets a secret message from Choi Young’s man and decides to question him himself.

Wednesday, 7:45 p.m.: Tae-joon finds a video message Jae-hee had made for him asking Coach Horton to visit Korea to help Tae-joon. Tae-joon runs out to stop Jae-hee after watching the video. Eun-gyeol and Da-hae have fun on their date, and Eun-gyeol decides to go out with Da-hae to sort out his feelings for Jae-hee.
Thursday, 7:45 p.m.: Hanna finds Jae-hee’s bracelet in the bag containing her stolen uniform and questions Jae-hee, but Tae-joon comes to her rescue. The annual Genie Festival takes place, and the guys are busy with the festival preparations. Jae-hee decides to enter the Miss Genie contest to help Tae-joon get back on the track and field team.

Friday, 7:45 p.m.: Ji-ho visits Professor Ha’s office but finds his office in disarray with sheet music everywhere and the safe open. In-ha and Professor Ha run into each other at an art gallery, find that they have a lot in common and start to enjoy each other’s company.
Saturday, 7:45 p.m.: Ji-ho promises to quit school, but Young-rang and In-ha are suspicious of his true intentions. In-ha gives Dami a CD of his favorite artists as a present. Nam-joo and Dami get jobs at the restaurant.
