Police said a vehicle hit one of the rocks, deploying the air bag. A woman in the car was treated at the scene.
Police closed three of the eastbound lanes just before 7 p.m. but opened one of the lanes after workers moved the boulders to the shoulder. All lanes were open by 8:07 p.m.
