Courtney Tarifa and Timothy Jules Leviste exchanged vows Aug. 24 at the Cathedral of Our Lady of Peace in a ceremony officiated by Father John Berger. A reception followed at Tiki Moon Villas in Laie.
The bride is the daughter of Cynthia and Ricardo Tarifa of California. She received her bachelor’s degree in general design studies from San Jose State University. She’s employed at LightRiver Technologies.
The groom is the son of Gail and Julius Leviste of California. He received his bachelor’s degree in business administration from California State University at Sacramento. He is a California highway patrol officer.
The couple resides in California.

Patricia and Bruce Williams celebrated their 25th wedding anniversary Oct. 8 with a renewal-of-vows ceremony held in the Makakilo home garden of the groom’s brother Ronnie Dean Williams. A reception followed at Germaine’s Luau.
The couple was married on Oct. 8, 1988, in Merced, Calif. They have three children — Jeff, Garrett and Megan — and two grandchildren, Jeffrey and Vanessa.
Patricia is a department manager at Walmart. Bruce runs a horse and cattle ranch and volunteers at the Arkansas Sheriff Department.
The couple resides in Clarksville, Ark.
