Firefighters put out apartment fire near Queen’s
Fire investigators are looking into the cause of a two-alarm fire that damaged an apartment near Queen’s Medical Center this morning.
Thirty-six firefighters were summoned to 1523 Miller St. at 10:17 a.m. and extinguished the fire 10 minutes later.
The Red Cross was also called to help the two men and one woman who live in the apartment unit.
There was no immediate damage estimate.
