Police arrest man in Waikiki for alleged kidnapping of toddler
Police caught a 22-year-old man who allegedly kidnapped an 18-month-old baby and choked the baby’s mother.
Police said the suspect threatened, assaulted and choked the 24-year-old woman on Wednesday night and fled with the child.
Police located and arrested him on Olohana Street in Waikiki Thursday night at 11 p.m. on suspicion of two counts of abuse, first-degree terroristic threatening and kidnapping
