Waimanalo man held in alleged assault on teen girl
Police have arrested a 23-year-old Waimanalo man who allegedly assaulted a 17-year-old girl in Waimanalo last month.
Police said the two got into an argument on Sept. 14, when the man assaulted her causing substantial bodily injury.
Police found the man and arrested him for investigation of second-degree assault
