Shoppers have a lot to look forward to in November, with Bloomingdale’s set to open in Ala Moana Center’s Ewa Expansion project.
And yes, Zara’s coming, too. The Spanish clothing and accessories retailer, owned by the Inditex Group, is one of the largest international fashion retail companies, known for its sleek international style at moderate price points.
Other brands set to open in the expansion are kama?aina company Island Slipper, Agent Provocateur, Kay Jewelers and Australia activewear brand Lorna Jane Active Living.
On the food front, diners can refresh at Nitrogenie — which uses liquid nitrogen and food ingredients to make its ice creams — Ninja Sushi and Magnolia Bakery, which found fame in New York’s West Village in 1996 and spawned copycat cupcake shops everywhere. Magnolia itself has expanded internationally, from Tokyo and Moscow to Beirut and Dubai.
