» Zac Fujimoto, Maryknoll ’08: The Loyola Marymount center fielder went 5-for-11 with a double, two stolen bases, a run and an RBI in three losses to Portland as the Lions were swept to drop to 9-9 in West Coast Conference play.
» Ben McQuown, Waianae ’08: The Campbell (N.C.) senior scored two runs and stole two bases in a 10-7 win over UNC Greensboro last Wednesday.
» Kewby Meyer, Kamehameha ’11: The Nevada first baseman went 4-for-11 with a walk, two runs and two RBIs as the Wolf Pack took two of three against Air Force.
» Kalei Contrades, Saint Louis ’11: The San Jose State sophomore started at third base in the Spartans’ only win of the series against Seattle University on Saturday, going 2-for-4 with a run scored. He also pitched in a 6-3 loss on Sunday, giving up three hits and one unearned run in four innings with one walk and four strikeouts.

» Bryson Nakamura, Pearl City ’08: The Cal State East Bay senior went 3-for-4 with two RBIs and a stolen base in a 5-3 win over San Francisco State on Friday in the opener of the Pioneers’ final home series of the season.
» Jensen Park, ‘Iolani ’11: The Northern Colorado outfielder went 4-for-10 with a run and two RBIs as the Bears lost two of three against Houston Baptist. Park leads the Great Northwest Conference with a .379 average and ranks 51st in NCAA Division I.
» Cole Shidaki, Saint Louis ’09: The Concordia (Ore.) first baseman hit .556 (10-for-18) with three walks, four runs and four RBIs to help the Cavaliers win three of four against College of Idaho over the weekend.
» Todd Takabuki, Moanalua ’11: The Austin (Texas) College sophomore went 2-for-6 with two walks as the Roos finished 1-2 in the Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference tournament.
» Michael Arakaki, Mid-Pacific ’09: The Pacific (Ore.) senior went 4-for-5 with two triples, two RBIs and a run scored in a 5-1 win over Pacific Lutheran on Sunday, and finished 8-for-13 with a double, two triples, three runs and two RBIs in the three-game series.
» Rob Dittrick, Mid-Pacific ’09: The Pacific (Ore.) senior right-hander tossed a five-hit complete game, allowing one run with no walks and three strikeouts in a 1-0 loss to Pacific Lutheran on Saturday.
» Kaulana Smith, Kamehameha ’11: The Puget Sound third baseman hit .455 (5-for-11) with four runs and three RBIs as the Loggers dropped two of three against Willamette (Ore.) over the weekend.
» Curtis Martin, ‘Iolani ’10: The Whittier (Calif.) right-hander tossed a seven-inning shutout on Saturday, allowing eight hits with no walks and a strikeout in a 7-0 win over Chapman (Calif.).

Women’s golf
» Kristina Merkle, Moanalua ’09: The Tulsa senior was chosen Tuesday to play in the NCAA Division I East Regional hosted by Auburn, May 9-11. Merkle, who finished 33rd at the Conference USA Championships last Wednesday, has finished in the top 20 in five tournaments this season and currently holds a 75.1 scoring average.
» Cassy Isagawa, Baldwin ’11: The Oregon sophomore earned second-team All-Pac-12 honors after finishing in sixth place at the Pac-12 championships last Wednesday. Isagawa shot a final-round 1-under 71 to move up four spots and was 3 under over her final two rounds.
» Marissa Suehiro, Punahou ’11: The Claremont-Mudd-Scripps sophomore finished in fifth place at the Southern California Interscholastic Association championships on Monday, shooting a final-round 9-over 81 to finish at 25 over.
Women’s rowing
» Kendra Rask, Punahou ’11: The Notre Dame sophomore finished in second place in the varsity four event with a time of 7:53.70 at the Dale England Cup on Saturday.
Softball
» Katie Manuma, Campbell ’10: The Brigham Young junior went 5-for-13 with two doubles, four runs, three RBIs and a stolen base as the Cougars took three of four against Cal State Bakersfield over the weekend. Manuma pitched in relief in all four games, earning a win in 623 shutout innings of four-hit ball with three walks and two strikeouts.
» Mysha Sataraka, Punahou ’12: The UCLA third baseman hit two homers and drove in two runs as the Bruins lost two of three against Oregon over the weekend.
» Courtney Senas, Mililani ’10: The Florida State third baseman went 2-for-6 with a double, homer, two walks, two runs and two RBIs in a doubleheader sweep of Georgia Tech on Saturday.
» Kimberlee Souza, ‘Iolani ’11: The Washington third baseman hit two doubles and drove in a run to help the Huskies win two of three against Stanford over the weekend.
» Reina Furuya, Punahou ’12: The Penn State shortstop had two hits and scored a run to help the Nittany Lions win two of three against Iowa over the weekend.
» Joslyn Eugenio, Sacred Hearts ’09: The Saint Martin’s (Wash.) first baseman went 5-for-8 with two homers and six RBIs in a doubleheader sweep of Central Washington on Sunday to clinch the Great Northwest Athletic Conference regular-season championship.
» Kori Nishitomi, Maryknoll ’11: The Longwood (Fla.) leadoff hitter went 4-for-11 with a walk, three runs and two stolen bases as the Lancers lost two of three to Presbyterian over the weekend.
» Brittany Hawn, Castle ’12: The Stetson (Fla.) University third baseman went 2-for-7 with a double, walk, stolen base and an RBI in a doubleheader split with Lipscomb on Sunday.
» Alexandria Smith, Leilehua ’09: The Bloomfield (N.J.) senior became the third Lady Deacon to record 100 hits in her first two seasons with a game-tying home run in a doubleheader sweep of Philadelphia University on Sunday.
Men’s tennis
» Matt Westmoreland, Island Pacific Academy ’10: The Texas A&M-Corpus Christi junior won the deciding point at No. 3 singles, winning in three sets to clinch the Islanders’ 4-2 victory over New Orleans on Sunday in the championship game of the Southland Conference tournament. The win clinched a berth in the NCAA championships.
Women’s tennis
» Karly Pang, Hawaii Baptist ’12: The Marist (N.Y.) College freshman was up 1-0 in the deciding third set in her match at No. 2 singles when the Red Foxes clinched the Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference championship with a 4-1 win over Fairfield (Conn.) on Sunday. Pang avenged a loss in the regular season with a win at No. 2 singles to clinch the Red Foxes’ semifinal victory over Niagara on Saturday.
Men’s track and field
» Jonathan Padron, Damien ’10: The Occidental (Calif.) junior ran the anchor leg of the 4×100 relay to help the Tigers finish third in 41.74 seconds at the Southern California Intercollegiate Athletic Conference championships on Saturday. Padron tweaked his hamstring in the race and finished second two hours later in the 100-meter race in 10.75 seconds.
» Devin Jenkins, Kapolei ’12: The Southern University freshman ran one leg for the 4×100 relay team that finished third in 40.84 seconds at the Southwestern Athletic Conference Outdoor Track and Field Championships on Friday.
» Kelson Kawai, Kohala ’10: The Pacific (Ore.) junior pulled out a lifetime best to win the triple jump with a leap of 44 feet, 61⁄4 inches to win the title at the Northwest Conference championships on Saturday. Kawai tied for second place in the high jump, clearing 6 feet, 61⁄4 inches.
» Michael Zane, Punahou ’11: The Pacific (Ore.) sophomore finished second in the 200 meters in 22.43 seconds at the NWC Championships.
» Sean Valente, Saint Louis ’10: The Pacific (Ore.) junior finished third in the 400 meters in a season-best 50.06 seconds to move into No. 7 on the Boxers’ all-time list. He also ran a leg on the 4×400-meter relay team that finished third in a season-best 3:23.40 to earn all-conference honors.
» Daniel Wagner,Mid-Pacific ’11: The Pacific (Ore.) sophomore finished third in the 400-meter hurdles with a time of 56.64 seconds and fifth in the 110-meter hurdles with a time of 16.01 seconds at the NWC championships.
» Trey Oshiro-Atabay, Mid-Pacific ’11: The Pacific (Ore.) sophomore finished fifth in the 400 meters in 50.65 seconds at the NWC championships. He also ran a leg on the 1,600-meter relay team.
» Justin Higa, ‘Iolani ’11: The Puget Sound sophomore finished fourth in the 10,000 meters in 32:44.13 and seventh in the 5,000-meter race in 15:59.57 at the NWC championships.
Women’s track and field
» Amanda Tamanaha, St. Andrew’s Priory ’09: The Willamette (Ore.) senior ran a personal-record 38:53.53 to finish in fifth place in the 10,000-meter run at the Northwest Conference championships on Friday. She placed 11th in the 5,000 meters with a time of 19:04.00 on Saturday.
» Courtney Honda, Kamehameha ’09: The Whittier (Calif.) senior finished sixth in the 400 with a time of 59.46 seconds to earn all-conference honors at the SCIAC championships on Friday. Honda also finished 10th in the 200-meter dash in 26.62 seconds.
» Rachel Hinkel, Kapaa ’12: The Occidental (Calif.) freshman ran a leg in the 4×100-meter relay to help the Tigers finish in fourth place in 49.25 seconds at the SCIAC championships.
» Kelli Aken-Pagdilao, Kamehameha ’10: The Pacific (Ore.) junior finished second in the 100 in 12.68 seconds and set a school record in the preliminaries at the NWC championships that ended Saturday. She also ran a leg on the 4×400-meter relay team that placed fourth in 4:05.10.
» Alexis Damo, Sacred Hearts ’12: The Pacific (Ore.) freshman ran a leg on the 4×400-meter relay team at the NWC championships.
Men’s volleyball
» Taylor Crabb, Punahou ’10: The Long Beach State junior hit .394 with a team-high 16 kills, five digs, two assists and a block assist as the 49ers were swept in three sets by Brigham Young in the MPSF tournament championship on Saturday. LBSU failed to earn the lone at-large berth to the NCAA final four, which went to UC Irvine instead.
» Jaylen Reyes, Kamehameha ’11: The BYU libero had seven digs and an assist in the win over Long Beach State. The Cougars will play Penn State on Thursday in the national semifinals.
Women’s water polo
» Courtney Miller, Punahou ’12: The UC San Diego goalkeeper notched 10 saves in a 10-8 win over Loyola Marymount in the championship game of the Western Water Polo Association tournament. The Tritons earned the fifth seed in the NCAA championships and will play No. 4 seed Hawaii on Friday in the first round.
» Alex Daley, Mililani ’11: The Colorado State sophomore scored once in a 12-7 loss to Santa Clara in the third-place game of the WWPA tournament on Sunday.
» Paige Tsuruda, Word of Life ’10: The Cal State Bakersfield junior scored once in a 14-7 loss to San Jose State in a losers-bracket game in the Mountain Pacific Sports Federation tournament on Saturday.
» Kanani Mazzone, Mililani ’10: The Hartwick (N.Y.) junior scored a goal in a 14-9 loss to Indiana on Sunday in the third-place game of the Collegiate Water Polo Association Eastern Championships.
» Shayna Price, Punahou ’10: The Harvard junior scored a team-high four goals and added two steals in an 18-9 loss to Brown in the fifth-place game of the CWPA Eastern Championships on Sunday.
» Aisha Price, Punahou ’09: The Harvard senior had three assists, two steals and a goal against Brown in her final collegiate match.
» Sarina Shibata, Punahou ’12: The Villanova freshman scored a team-high four goals in a 12-9 loss to Marist College in the consolation round of the Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference championships Sunday.
» Naomi Ng, Punahou ’12: The Villanova freshman, who was named second-team All-MAAC on Friday, scored two goals against Marist.
» Hannah Ishida, Punahou ’09: The Villanova senior was named first-team All-MAAC on Friday. She was also named to the conference’s All-Academic team.
» Moana Tuipulotu, Lahainaluna ’09: The Redlands (Calif.) senior scored a goal in a 10-7 loss to Pomona-Pitzer on Sunday in the championship game of the SCIAC tournament.
» Nanea Fujiyama, Kamehameha ’09: The Occidental (Calif.) senior scored three goals in a 9-8 sudden-death overtime loss to Claremont-Mudd-Scripps on Sunday in the third-place game of the SCIAC tournament. Fujiyama finished her career as the school’s all-time leader in goals with 303.
» Jane Galluzzi, Punahou ’08: The Cal Lutheran senior had two goals and three steals in a 17-9 win over Chapman (Calif.) on Sunday in the fifth-place game of the SCIAC tournament.
» Kehau Ai, Kamehameha ’11: The Cal Lutheran sophomore had three steals and a goal against Chapman (Calif.).
