Two lanes closed after bicyclist hit on Nimitz Highway
A bicyclist in his 50s was taken in critical condition to the hospital after he was hit by a tour bus on Nimitz Highway near Puuhale Elementary School.
Emergency Medical Services said the accident occurred around 9 a.m.
Police said the large yellow Travel Plaza Transportation bus was headed west to the airport traveling in the right lane when it collided with the bicyclist.
