The Medical Examiner’s office has identified the 39-year-old Waianae man who was killed Sunday in a three-car accident Sunday as Aaron Collins.

A 24-year-old Kalihi man was arrested on suspicion of third-degree negligent homicide and second-degree negligent injury.

The suspect was driving a white Lexus around 2:44 p.m. when it crossed a double-solid line on Farrington Highway near Auyong Homestead Road and collided with a Chevy driven by the victim, police said.

The victim’s car was then broadsided by a jeep. Collins died at the scene.
