Former University of Hawaii at Manoa Chancellor Virginia Hinshaw and Stan Sheriff Center manager Rich Sheriff have been added to the list of people asked to appear Monday before the state Senate Special Committee on Accountability.

In addition, committee chairwoman Sen. Donna Mercado Kim’s office said a follow-up session is tentatively scheduled for Oct. 2.

The five-member committee said it will "review the oversight, accountability and transparency of the operational and financial management of UH" in the wake of the Stevie Wonder concert debacle.

UH President M.R.C. Greenwood, Board of Regents Chairman Eric Martinson, former athletic director Jim Donovan and representatives of the Cade Schutte law firm, who compiled a UH-commissioned report on the Wonder case, had previously been requested to appear.

Monday’s meeting is scheduled for 1 p.m. in State Capitol room 211.
