Man sought in Ward area robbery may have robbed 4 other businesses
The man wanted for robbing a Ward-area store on Monday may have robbed four other Honolulu businesses in recent weeks, Honolulu police said Friday.
CrimeStoppers and the Honolulu Police Department have offered a $1,000 reward for information about the armed robbery at Rix Island Wear on Ala Moana Boulevard.
The suspect is described as Caucasian, approximately 6 feet and 160 pounds, and between the ages of 30 and 40 years.
The same person is believed to have robbed Posh Liquor of Kaiulani Avenue earlier on Monday and is also a suspect in the robbery of Walgreens on Kapiolani Boulevard on Aug. 18, the robbery of a clothing store on Kalakaua Avenue on Saturday and the attempted robbery of Alicia’s Market in Kalihi on Wednesday.
