Kalihi man charged in Feb. 20 robbery
Authorities today charged a 20-year-old Kalihi man with second-degree robbery for a Feb. 20 crime.
Police found and arrested Reggie Williander this morning for allegedly robbing a 22-year-old man Feb. 20 in Kalihi. Bail was set at $15,000.
