Man arrested for tampering with H-1 freeway sign
A 47-year-old man was arrested Monday after he was seen tampering with a city electronic message board on the H-1 freeway.
Police received an anonymous tip from a caller and located the suspect near Kinau Street.
Officer arrested the suspect on suspicion of criminal tampering and theft.
