Police arrest suspects in Moiliili and Waikiki robberies
Police arrested two suspects in separate street robberies in Moiliili and Waikiki last month and are looking for at least one other suspect.
Officers arrested a 16-year-old boy Friday morning in connection with a Sept. 22 robbery, according to police records.
The teenager and another suspect allegedly confronted a 21-year-old woman while she was walking home just before 1 a.m. near King Street and University Avenue, pulled her to the ground and took her cell phone before running away.
The 16-year-old is charged with second-degree robbery, according to police records.
Police are still searching for the second suspect.
Also Friday morning, police arrested a 20-year-old man in connection with a Sept. 18 robbery in the Waikiki, according to police records.

Police said the suspect approached a 38-year-old man around 10:45 p.m. and asked him for money. He allegedly struck the victim, causing him to fall to the ground. Two other men joined the first suspect and assaulted the victim while taking his property, police said.
The victim told police he eventually was able to get up and run away. No information was given about the other two suspects.
