» OxyELITE Pro has been linked to 24 of 29 cases of suspected liver damage, and the FDA issued a warning in April that USPlabs submitted published studies challenging the dangers of DMAA use in dietary supplements. A Page A1 graphic Wednesday said all 29 cases had been linked to OxyELITE Pro, and the accompanying story said the warning was issued in 2012.
