UH Warriors will host Air Force in CIT basketball tournament

The Rainbow Warriors’ season was on the brink of ending after a first-round loss to UC Irvine in the Big West Tournament. Instead, the Rainbow Warriors will be hosting Air Force in the CIT’s first round on Wednesday at 7 p.m.
Riley Wallace, chairman of the CIT selection committee, said four teams that had signed promissory contracts to play in the CIT were invited to the NCAA or NIT, opening a spot for UH.
A deciding factor?
